Consider the work of God, For who is able to straighten what He has bent? On the day of prosperity be happy, But on the day of adversity consider: God has made the one as well as the other So that a person will not discover anything that will come after him. ~ Ecclesiastes 7:13-14

And indeed if they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had opportunity to return. But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for He has prepared a city for them. ~ Hebrews 11:15-16

What is our prioprity in life? What we consider [think about, bear in mind, be concerned about] is our priority. If we think about God and reflect on His love, faithfulness, goodness, kindness, graciousness, righteousness, holiness every day of our life, then our top priority is God.

A great example is the patriach Abraham; God called him to leave his people, his father's house and embark on journey with God. God promised him that he will become a great nation. Abraham obeyed God and it was credited to him as righteousness. So he traveled far and wide to follow God's direction. Imagine if he was already there in place where God told him to go and if he keeps on thinking where he had left of? What will happen if he is still thinking of the good things he missed from the past, the comfort of his own place, be with his kindred, the familiar place he had once enjoyed? The Word of God says he would have the opportunity to return because he was thinking about it.

What we concentrate on shapes our mind and if we are thinking of so many things and God is only one of them, then He is not our priority. He said 'Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you.' Whatever we are concentrating on right now, ask ourselves, 'Does all this toil worth it? Do they have eternal value? Friend if it only temporal put it down and consider that God is able to grant all that to you if you will put Him first in your life. His promises will never be broken!

Have a nice day!
