Plans

For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. - Jeremiah 29:11

Plans? We all have plans. With the mind God has given us, He gave us the ability to plan for our future. But are our plans reliable? How many people have great plans yet their plans have ended up in disaster.

In Proverbs 14:12 it says, There is a way which seems right to a man, buts its end is the way of death. We may plan but let us consider coming to God and "Commit your works to the LORD and your plans will be established. Proverbs 16:3

If we are not sure if our plans are going to be successful and that we would enjoy the fruit of those plans/dreams in the future consider speaking to God and say, Lord, I have plans but I would like to submit them to You. Based on your word, You have a plan for me, plans to prosper me and not to harm me, plans to give me a hope and a future. I would like that plan of Yours to be revealed to me and let Your plans and purposes stand in my life as well as to my family. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
