Wonderful

O LORD, You have searched me and known me, You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thought from afar. You scrutinize my path and my lying down, and are intimately acquainted with all my ways. Even before

there is a word on my tongue, behold, O LORD, You know it all. You have enclosed me behind and before, and laid Your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is too high, I cannot attain it. Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? Psalm 139:1-7

For David, after he had served the purpose of God in his own generation,

Acts 13:36a

Here is an inspired psalm from King David. He is called a man after God's own heart. He really loved the Lord and experienced Him greatly during his time. In fact. David served the purpose of God in his own generation. What a marvelous testimony - he has served the purpose of God in his own generation.

And here is what David said - that God knows you and me very well. There is nothing hidden from God. He knows when we sit or rise; He understands our thoughts, scrutinizes our path, even our lying down and is intimately acquainted with all our ways. Even the words that will come out of our tongue, God knows already. God is before us and after us and has laid His hand upon us - this is really wonderful. Where can we hide - if we are hiding? Where can we flee that He doesn't know where we went? If we are close to God, it is really comforting to know that HE KNOWS, but if we are hiding - there is no place that He could not see us.

We need to get right with God, no way that we could escape from His gaze. Let us take the example of David - he had served the purpose of God in his own generation.

God loves us and has a wonderful plan for our lives. We have a purpose for = living in this planet. Let that purpose prevail !!!!
